Introduction is the first level in LittleBigPlanet. It introduces basic movements and gameplay through animated credits and photos of the development team.
Upon starting LittleBigPlanet for the first time with no save data, this level will automatically start after the intro. It contains no Prize Bubbles, and is the only story level with Stephen Fry's commentary in it. After completing this level, the player gains access to your Pod and The Gardens.

Trivia
- During the customization tutorial, it is shown that one of the options for the Popit color is black. Having a black Popit in LittleBigPlanet is only possible through a glitch.
