To find this Marble you will need to borrow the Queenly... Boost Boots!
The Boost Boots is a Sackpocket Powerup which is exclusively used by Sackboy in LittleBigPlanet 3.
Utilisation[]
To use the Boosts Boots, simple press the 
Button, and you'll thrust through the sky pointing at the direction your 
left stick is pointing at. Apon boosting, you cannot boost another time until you land on the ground. Fortunately, in levels such as Go Loco and Masque Maker's Tower, there are objects called the Boost Refresher, if you pass through these bubble objects, your Boosts Boots will be given one more boost to spare.
Unlike the Pumpinator and Blink Ball, the Boost Boots weren't made using the Blaster Handle or Creatinator.
