Alex Evans is a developer at Media Molecule, a studio he founded along with Mark Healey, David Smith and Kareem Ettouney. Evans served as technical director for LittleBigPlanet and LittleBigPlanet 2.
Evans created the game's engine, titled Fish.[1] Evans was also the figurehead for advertising the game to reviewers and helped Sony showcase the game at various expos. At E3 2008, Evans helped Sony showcase their quarterly sales via LittleBigPlanet.

Evans previously worked at Guildford-based Lionhead Studios, who developed the video game Rag Doll Kung Fu independently. He left to co-found Media Molecule.
